Responsibilities:
  • Leading English speaking Customer Support team and helping the members of the team grow and improve;
  • Day-to-day functional supervision of the team;
  • Workload planning, staffing, hiring and organisation of training; developing and completing performance appraisals in accordance with the organization’s policies. • • Ensuring business continuity during vacations & sick leaves.
  • Ensuring all KPIs are met on a regular basis;
  • Preparing and sharing performance statistics with the management team, data analysis and composing action plans for improvement;
  • Identifying areas for process improvements; work actively with the team on completing related process improvement projects.
  • Assisting in other special projects as directed by management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful experience in Team management in an international company and multi-cultural environment.
  • 2+ years hands on experience in Customer Service.
  • Spoken and written English (level native/advanced (C1))
  • Be passionate for what you’re doing, accurate, structured and oriented to provide best experience to customers.
  • Thrive on working with people, helping them to realize their best potential.
  • Great team management skills.
  • Be communicative, collaborative and have positive attitude.
  • Be ready to work in a fast-changing, multi-cultural environment.
  • Fast learning with a curious mind.

Nice to have, but not required:
  • Knowledge of Russian language
  • Experience in Finance field
  • Hands-on experience in Zendesk
  • Good knowledge of Lithuanian Labor Law
