- Develop and execute customer relationship strategy, marketing campaigns and action plans;
- Develop, execute annual and control customer relationship specific budget;
- Analyze results and initiate corrective action plans;
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, improving their satisfaction level and engagement.
- At least 4 years of experience in B2C sector;
- Great interpersonal and conflict management skills;
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle stressful situations;
- Fluent in Lithuanian, English and Russian;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and structured thinking;
- Ability to work evenings and participate in company‘s events;
- High education.
