Cyber Security Sales Engineer

Role:

Qualify and explore active leads delivered by the B2B sales team
Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of products and services
Develop relationships with key accounts and foster additional growth opportunities
Provide product demos and carry on other presales activities
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Coordinate with key account managers as engineers
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

3+ years experience as a technical sales engineer in a cyber security environment or equivalent experience in a customer-facing engineer role
Degree in IT engineering, Cyber Security, IT Business Administration or equivalent technical fields
2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service with IT service management and digital transformation solutions
Proven track record of technical sales, technical sales support in delivering b2b IT solutions
Familiarity with Cyber Security particular directions are Mobile Device Management, Identity Management and Vulnerability Management solutions
Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Security Vendor experience (MDM, IDM and VM)
Strong written and verbal communication, negotiating, and selling skills
Ability to provide uncompromised customer service
Excellent time management skills
Self-starter and self-motivated
