Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and independent construction manager who would coordinate construction processes at the site and ensure smooth execution of works from start to finish.

Your main responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate construction works at the site;
Manage teams of employees and subcontractors and ensure their efficient work;
Plan daily tasks, distribute work and control their execution;
Ensure uninterrupted work progress and promptly resolve any problems that arise;
Plan the need for materials, equipment and other necessary resources;
Control the consumption of materials and ensure the rational use of resources;
Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the design documentation and technical requirements;
Ensure that the works are carried out within the established deadlines and in accordance with quality standards;
Record the quantities of work performed and provide information for the work act;
Identify potential risks and take measures to manage them;
Ensure employee safety and compliance with occupational health and safety requirements at the facility.
