Main responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:
- Work on a shift basis (shifts 6:00-19:00);
- Monitor systems for ad-hoc customer requests;
- Daily data entry tasks;
- Process improvements
Requirements
- Outgoing & positive team player;
- Fluent in English;
- Attentive to details;
- Proficient in Excel;
- Able to manage your time & prioritize;
