Data Governance
Management of data and information is vital for the future success of the SEB Group. Trusted and high quality data is a necessity for maintaining customer satisfaction, enabling digitalization, automation and regulatory compliance.
Thus, we are looking for a delivery-oriented data governance manager with a broad understanding of the positive effects of having sound data management framework and the business opportunities it gives.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Governance – enforce implementation of data governance framework according to Baltic Data Strategy, Data Management Policy
- Data Management – create awareness and provide trainings in the business and in IT on Data Management. Ensure continuous support to the organisation with common standards for organisation, roles, capabilities, processes, competences and tools. Support SEB Baltic organisation to secure data lifecycle management, data quality and security management
- Documentation – Create and update Data Management Governance Policy and relevant internal instructions and documents, prepare any guidelines that may be issued in order to facilitate the understanding and interpretation of instructions and/or the policy
- Strategy – contribute to Baltic Data Strategy and support its implementation. Initiate and/or drive initiatives leading to Technology Architecture improvements in the field of Data Management
The role will be established in Baltic Strategy & Customer Insight unit. The position could be based in oneof three Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania)

Monthly salary range for this position: 3200 – 4200 EUR (before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
