Delivery Owner (QA / Project Coordination)

We are currently looking for a Delivery Owner to help ensure that our projects reach our clients with quality, on time, and smoothly.

This is neither a classic tester nor a project manager position.
We are looking for someone who would take responsibility for the process of implementing and delivering functionalities - from understanding the requirements and forming the task to successful handover to the client.
Your goal will be to ensure that nothing is overlooked: tasks are documented, functionalities are tested, tasks move forward, clients receive clear information, and the team works efficiently and in a coordinated manner.

Quality assurance:

• Test the functionalities and systems being developed.
• Check whether the work has been implemented according to the requirements.
• Register and track the errors found until they are resolved.
• Ensure that the functionalities are ready to be transferred to the client.

Project coordination:

• Monitor the progress and progress of the tasks.
• Identify potential risks and obstacles.
• Coordinate actions between team members.
• Ensure that the agreed work is implemented with high quality and on time.

Working with clients:

• Demonstrate new functionalities to clients.
• Participate in meetings with clients together with the project manager.
• Help clients understand the capabilities of their projects and systems.
• Ensure smooth transfer of functionalities to use.

Process improvement:

• Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal quality processes.
• Suggest solutions to make project implementation more efficient.
• Help the team continuously improve the quality of work.

Required:

• Good oral and written Lithuanian.
• Good oral and written English (B2 or higher level).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems.
• Ability to independently plan and organize work.
• Basic understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API, databases, hosting, DNS and Git operating principles.

Advantage:

• Experience in testing web systems.
• Experience in coordinating IT projects/tasks.
• Experience working with Magento, Prestashop, Shopify, WordPress or other content management systems.
• Experience working with Jira, Teamwork, ClickUp, Asana or other project management systems.
• Experience in conducting demonstrations, training or presentations to customers.
• Understanding of the software development process.
• Technical curiosity and desire to delve deeper into the solutions being developed.

€1,849 - €2,809 / month excluding taxes (depending on experience and competencies).
