At TransferGo, we’re on a mission to make moving money globally as quick and simple as sending a text. Customer Support plays a critical role in shaping the way we make our customers' experience worth to remember after they need to interact with us and, to make sure we’re doing that in the best way possible, we’re now looking for a talented Digital Self-Service Expert to work in our Customer Support Leadership team.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as Digital | Self-Service Expert:

  • You’ll be maintaining and improving the TransferGo help page
  • You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the automated chat support for our customers
  • You’ll be responsible for forecasting the success of the projects and initiatives, building business cases, and getting key people buy-in when it’s needed
  • You’ll be closely collaborating in cross-functional teams making sure that Customer Support contributes to the growth of TransferGo
  • You’ll be working both hands-on as well as coordinating and connecting the right people to succeed in your role
  • You’ll report to our Customer Support Director.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS
Here’s what we’d love from our new Digital | Self-Service Expert:

  • You’re passionate about excellent customer experience
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholders management skills
  • You have a proven record of successfully leading small to midsize projects to improve Customer Experience and operational efficiency
  • You have a good understanding of key performance indicators and their interdependence within customer services
  • Experience in working with self-service environments and chat automation tools would be considered as an advantage

And if you can also do this stuff, even better:

  • Hands-on work with settings of such tools as Zendesk and Talkdesk
  • Write content for help pages and personal customer support
  • Talk more than 1 foreign languages
  • Easy to adapt to a fast-changing environment
