Job description
We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our ever-growing team! We have a full-time opening for an individual that possesses our core values: commitment, integrity, and compassion. If building relationships with businesses and individuals comes easy to you, then we want to hear from you!
- Looking for good drivers in various places: job websites, Facebook, Instagram etc.;
- Creating new advertisements;
- Marketing the company;
- Providing information about the company to the driver;
- Talking with potential drivers;
- Communicating with safety department to check applicant's driving, criminal history;
- Making sure that potential driver is the best choice;
- Scheduling the orientation time.
Requirements
- Good English (verbal and written);
- Great communication skills;
- Computer literacy (email, excel, skype, adobe, google docs or similar);
- Easy temperament - easy going character;
- Good attention to the details;
- Experience in the recruiter position would be an advantage;
