What you will be responsible for:
Data Maintenance
Data Quality Assurance
Data Analysis
- Collect, update and fill in missing master data in systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by performing regular quality checks.
- Oversee data flow logic and help maintain an orderly data structure.
Data Quality Assurance
- Perform routine data quality assessments and identify discrepancies.
- Analyze the causes of data errors and contribute to their resolution.
- Participate in developing processes that help ensure high data quality in the long term.
Data Analysis
- Create and maintain data models for analysis.
- Maintain and improve existing reports according to business needs.
- Contribute to the development of new analytical tools and visualizations.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher education (can be the last year of studies) in economics, data science, mathematics or IT.
- Intermediate SQL knowledge: ability to write queries and basics of database cleaning.
- Ability to effectively plan and organize one's work and work without constant supervision.
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, initiative and responsibility.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Ability to understand business processes and communicate effectively and clearly with various stakeholders.
- Experience working with Power BI or other analytical tools.
- Experience working with programming languages (Python, VBA, etc.).

We produce about 800 buses per year and regularly export about 90% of our production to 18 European countries, where we operate through specialized sales partners. We plan that 2026 will be another record year.
