Job Description
Unlimited Carrier, a US-based company, is looking to hire a Roadside Assistance Coordinator to join a friendly and professional team for a full-time or part-time position. Objectives of the position:
Schedule – Full time or part-time position Monday – Friday with weekend coverage
Work hours are based on CST (Central Standard Time) 9 AM – 5 PM (17:00 – 01:00 LT)
Objectives of the position:
- Communicating with drivers, logging breakdown information.
- Creating unit repair plans to efficiently solve breakdowns on the road.
- Finding accommodations for drivers in case of prolonged repairs.
- Interacting and negotiating with repair dealerships and vendors across the USA.
- Entering repair data into our maintenance software.
- Communicating with driver managers and outside customers, providing updates about repair status.

Requirements
- Basic technical knowledge of motor vehicles and components.
- Verbal and theoretical English level of B2 or higher.
- Ability to think logically and make quick decisions.
- Experience in a call center, call handling would be considered an advantage.
- Technical knowledge of semi-trucks and trailers would be considered a big advantage.
- Previous experience related to transportation in the United States market would be considered a strong advantage.
