Gurtam is an international software developer and provider of Wialon, the platform for GPS tracking and IoT. 300+ professionals work around the globe including our offices in Tbilisi, Dubai, Boston, and Buenos Aires, with headquarters in Vilnius.

You’ll be joining a distributed Corporate Communications team within the HR department that comes together to provide corporate communications in all varieties. We love what we do, and we care about the result. We are looking for someone who feels the same way.


  • Create and maintain a positive HR brand image of Gurtam as an international company, with the focus on Lithuanian and Georgian labor markets;
  • Create, implement and analyze strategic plans that drive awareness of the company;
  • Promote Gurtam’s employer brand on mass media and social media, represent our company among influencers and at events;
  • Manage company participation in industry events in Lithuania and Georgia to promote our employer brand both in the regions and among IT specialists relocated from Belarus and Russia;
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with media, strengthening existing media relationships and forging new ones, oversee company mentions, maintain media lists and update contact lists;
  • Manage a community to maintain a favorable public image for the company by replying to comments and messages, responding to reviews, and using other PR tools and activities;
  • Develope promotion tools to advertise our job openings on various platforms, run ad campaigns, identify additional opportunities to promote the company;
  • Manage the company’s multiple social media channels, write and update content in English.

What we expect:

  • 3+ years of experience in Public Relations and external corporate communication;
  • Deep understanding of employer branding;
  • Working knowledge of how to present a company at in-person and virtual external events, including conferences, customer events, etc.;
  • Proficient command of English and Russian; Lithuanian is a big advantage;
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience in simple and understandable creative writing, both in English & Russian;
  • Experience in social media, preferably in a corporate environment;
  • Excellent verbal and digital communication skills, ability to step into the shoes of another person, aiming to understand their feelings and perspectives;
  • Great networking skills, ability to find the best way to implement your ideas;
  • Attention to detail, keeping current on trends;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Engaged team player;
  • Self-starter (however, the team is always here to help and support you);
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
