Being an Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand who provide direct support to company Managing Director being able to make decisions that affect the company.
You will be handling, supervising duties and tackling tasks of other executive team members.
It also will involve planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling all administrative and operational procedures, activities, and documentation.
Ultimately, acting in professional and timely manner you will contribute to the tasks and projects that could have effect on the success of a company.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees and other external partners;
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Manage the CEOs professional and personal calendar and handling scheduling;
  • Oversee the performance of others ensuring tasks and projects are completed within deadlines;
  • Report on ongoing projects;
  • Design and maintain a filling system and keep records;
  • Draft and approve written communications;
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and other reports;
  • Take meeting minutes, prepare meeting agendas to maximize time efficiency;
  • Make travel and event arrangements.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role;
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
  • Being highly organized and able to prioritize work;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • High levels of initiative, flexibility, and responsiveness;
  • Great attention to detail and high levels of thoroughness;
  • Exceptionally resourceful, self-sufficient, punctual, and reliable;
  • High levels of honesty, discretion, and integrity;
  • Project management skills will be considered as an advantage.
