We are looking for a Finance Transformation Program and Change Lead for Telia Lietuva.

I am Arūnas Lingė and I am leading Finance Team. Currently I am looking for a professional to manage our Finance transformation program and lead change ensuring that Finance processes and systems are integrated and aligned with our business strategic priorities.

  • Lead finance change program by overseeing various projects under the program and ensuring proper alignment, resources allocation, coordination and communication across organization
  • Lead development of Finance transformation strategy and building roadmap
  • Ensure alignment and contribution with overall Telia Group Finance transformation strategy
  • Facilitate efficiency opportunities across Telia Lietuva organization in cooperation with Transformation Office and department leads
  • Lead Finance change management activities by creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and usage and minimize resistance
  • Develop, deliver and manage communication, stakeholder, training, engagement, adoption, and resistance management plans
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • By cooperating with various business units and finance partners explore, analyze and coordinate new opportunities and initiatives
  • Consult and coach managers and supervisors across each transformation initiative, using knowledge of change management approaches to ensure the change is embedded and benefits are realized
  • Consult and support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Report change progress and results to a variety of stakeholders

Your experience:

  • Have 5+ years working experience managing changes, transformations or programs with medium to high complexity
  • Solid understanding of project management methodology
  • Have experience to operate effectively in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure
  • Have ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to organize work in situations with lot of ambiguities
  • Fluent English
  • University degree
