Job description

As a Financial Controller / IT Invoice Handling Specialist you will support the Technology Division with invoice handling and control, with a particular focus on the Transformation areas. As a member of IT Control team, you will have an important role connecting vendors, IT Operations / projects and accounting by ensuring timely payment of our IT invoices and high data quality. You will be reporting to Head of IT Finance Control.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • IT invoice processing and control
  • Entering IT invoices in the Omniva system for approval rounds, verifying & validating all necessary dimensions for further booking in Navision
  • Validating invoiced hours vs. the time-logging system JIRA
  • Supporting in additional ad hoc invoice-related tasks
  • Ensuring timely payments, contribute to the reduction of the non-processed invoice backlog
  • Identifying needs and suggesting solutions to process harmonization and efficiency improvement, and ensuring quality of each part of the invoice handling process

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

  • Education in Economics, Finance or related field
  • Analytical & structured thinking
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and define priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Result-orientation accompanied by creative and open-minded attitude
  • Previous experience in Financial, Economic or Analytical fields would be a plus
  • Experience with banking business or invoice handling desired but not obligatory
  • Fluent in English

Salary for this position is starting from 2000 EUR (Gross), which is to be determined depending on the level of experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
