JOB CONTENTS:
- Financial management of group companies in Lithuania;
- Oversight of the team of 3 5 accountants and working with additional project accounting staff in another department;
- Cash flow management, bank payments, receivable control, and debt recovery;
- Salary calculation control and payment expense reimbursement to employees;
- Oversight of overall company accounting and financial report preparation for the shareholders;
- Recommendations for more effective management of the company, such as cost control measures, flagging of risky projects, etc;
- Process efficiency improvement to reduce errors in the finance and accounting functions;
- Ad hoc projects: can include mergers of legal entities within the group, new M&A activity support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in finance accounting or Economics;
- Experience in the financial sector with previous possible positions such as financial controller, financial analyst, or relevant roles;
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and analysis;
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian;
- Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
