Fintech operations manager is required to support EU market for Telcoin. We will launch EU operations for DeFi crypto exchange in January and need someone to assist our global accounting and compliance teams.
The role will involve daily coordination with our UK and US offices, as well as with local compliance. As a start-up there is a great opportunity to get involved in various aspects of the business, including financial products, accounting, compliance, and technology, based on the skills and interests of the employee. We strongly believe in growing together, company and employee, and can provide training.
Candidates are welcome from both accounting/finance and software development backgrounds, but generally seeking candidates with basic ability and interest on both sides.
Flexible work, but seeking majority in person to support collaboration. Competitive salary based on experience; standard, competitive benefits, holidays, vacation, policies.
