Your contribution

  • Process invoices and acknowledgements of receipt;
  • Analyze invoices with anomalies (issues with prices, VAT etc) and ensure these are resolved within the laboratory on time,
  • Direct the claim to the relevant contact point (laboratory, warehouse, carrier, traders etc.) to initiate the process,
  • Follow-up on the progress and resolution of the dispute by trying to reduce delays.
  • Respect ethics and compliance regulatory conditions.

Your expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration or similar position;
  • Strong written and verbal French skills;
  • Good English language skills;
  • Good Excel skills would be a plus;
  • Rigorous and organized, with attention to detail and has a high sense of confidentiality;
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
