Job description

A hands-on lead full stack developer is required to help develop our web platform for video production project management, build a team of developers drive new product development


Fresh off the back of a new round of funding we are looking to expand our team in Lithuania. We are looking to build a new product and development team and this is an ideal opportunity for you to help shape that team and our product direction.

The candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for executing plans, publishing new features/updates (build process).

You will be working hands-on - Directly to help execute the product roadmap whilst also influencing its direction.

But also hands off - organising activities, building a new tech team and guiding it on a daily basis.

We are additionally looking to develop new products.

You will help us quickly bring MVP's to market so we can test a hypothesis. Successful products will then be developed and teams built around them.

Requirements

Very good experience with all web technologies is a must as the role includes designing and planning of features from concept to implementation.


Ideally experience with ;


Symfony2,

Vanilla

JavaScript

and cloud servers maintenance will be a bonus.


The platform is a single page JavaScript application acting as an interface to an API built with Symfony2 framework and making extensive use of AWS services.
