We are looking for additional team members in the following work centers:
- wood painting and impregnation, where you will be responsible for painting wooden window frame elements. Painting is automated, so you will need to maintain and operate the equipment. You will also be responsible for assembling already painted wooden window frame elements according to the order number. In this position, production quality control is especially important, which also affects wood repair, which must be performed by sanding, scrubbing and filling defects with wax and other techniques.
- sash preparation and assembly, where you will be responsible for preparing aluminum sashes for pressing and pressing them;
You may also be assigned other tasks related to the production line.
Our company applies the highest requirements, so each employee is responsible for production quality control and occupational safety.
Experience is not necessary - we train on the job. However, experience in production would be a great advantage.
Our production operators work in two shifts, from Monday to Friday (weekends off). Morning - from 6:00 to 14:30, afternoon from 14:15 to 22:45 (shifts change weekly).
Employees working in shifts have the opportunity to use the company's transport to/from work in Marijampolė city and from surrounding areas.
