What will you do in this position?
- you will be responsible for the smooth planning, organization and control of the production process;
- you will have to take care of the proper management of the department's resources, the timely implementation of production plans;
- you will conduct an analysis of production flows, make decisions to reduce costs;
- you will analyze problems, make decisions to improve efficiency/performance and quality;
- you will ensure compliance with the department's procedures and occupational safety and health requirements;
- you will form, develop and motivate the team;
- you will monitor and analyze the department's performance indicators.
