Job description

We invite General Manager assistant to join Gemaga Group Team. Assistant would manage all tasks assigned by General Manager, will be like ‘right hand’ of the Manager and help him to manage all daily administrative activities, prepares schedules and follows on assigned tasks, manage reporting, meetings and etc. We expect you have experience and ability to work in a dynamic work environment, desire to learn and improve ability to analyse and systematize information, you have good organizational, time planning, prioritization skills.

Tasks and responsabilities

Organisational and administrative support for the Managing Director of Gemaga Group;
Business trips management, events and meetings management;
Communication with whole Group Managers and main Customers/Suppliers;
Information flow management; Monitoring of incoming e-mails, information distribution, follow-up;
Monthly reporting coordination, schedule of monthly results review meetings;
Agreed tasks follow up with responsible Group Managers, prompt and informative submission of information and status for the Managing Director;
Organization of Managing Director schedule and other related office administration tasks.


Education in Business Administration or relative areas;
Relevant work experience;
Good knowledge of MS Office system (especially Excel);
English and Russian language skills;
Good organizational, time planning, prioritization skills.
