Due to dramatic expansion of our business 4mation is now looking for 2 graduates, young, energetic and motivated Recruitment resources with fluent English skills to join our Vilnius team. No need to have any experience! We'll teach you everything!
As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be offered an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, develop and earn limitless money. You will be working in a challenging position in a dynamic work environment.
Your responsibilities will involve attracting and selecting great candidates that fit your clients’ needs and delivering a great candidate experience reflective of our brand and values. You'll be looking for new business opportunities and pitching clients for a successful result.
You should be looking to constantly improve your performance and assist with your team’s performance and the overall company’s performance.
What the Recruitment Resourcer role involves?
Advertising for new candidates
Identifying, assessing and interviewing temporary workers
Building relationships with clients and candidates on the phone
Clearing and filing candidate files
Basically, you will have to find a suitable candidate for the particular job requirement

We offer
Due to expansion we are looking for 2 resources for our team and offer to work in dynamic work environment where you can learn and grow every day. Beauty of recruitment - there is no limits in your earnings, the more candidates you employ the higher your salary becomes. Minimum till end of 2021 we are happy for you to work fully remotely from your home. In 2022 we all will move to Vilnius office if Covid-19 situation will allow us to do so. We also will provide you with a company device (computer/laptop/phone).
Our working pattern is Monday-Friday. In additional of course we are having days off during European bank holidays and 2 weeks off during Christmas period.

700-800 eur/mon. net
