Vilnius - UAB „SME Finance“

In this role you will:

  • Consistently identify digital/innovation opportunities to ensure SME Finance Group further develops new processes, lending products and digital frameworks&models to allow substantial international and local growth;
  • Drive digital cultural change internally to better understand the environment, to improve customer engagement and to provide the best services and solutions ever;
  • Drive digital cultural change externally to help customer to face the “new digital era” and excellent UX for SME Finance and future neoBank;
  • Ensure a delivery of a consistent customer experience with continuous improvement to customer journeys whilst transforming and automating processes;
  • Build strong IT Department Teams, define goals and ensure stakeholders management within the organization;
  • Build the underlying infrastructure and digital delivery, driving convergence between existing digital “web” infrastructure and target digital infrastructure;
  • Be responsible for the deployment of a digital/innovation culture across the SME Finance Group and ensure digital & design thinking of functional managers;
  • Identify Capex/Opex needs to build and drive a coherent SME Group Digital Roadmap execution at the best quality possible;
  • Work closely with the main stakeholders: Top management, Marketing, Sales, Operational departments and external partners/vendors, investors incl.


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications is a plus;
  • Strong industrial experience (10+ years) in the development and execution of digital innovations with the financial industry, startups or scaleups;
  • Intimate knowledge of the digital space, including deep understanding of technology and current/future market trends;
  • Experience in developing financial lending platforms or understanding of the market need is ideal;
  • International experience through proven track record of managing European-wide innovations and driving them to delivery;
  • Strong business knowledge, understanding of a variety of business practices, and familiarity with the company’s industry;
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills working with multi-disciplinary team members and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to balance reasonable speed to market while delivering quality;
  • Unafraid to experiment and think outside of the box (entrepreneurial mind set) when it comes to growth strategies;
  • Ability to think creatively to explore business opportunities and adapt to quick changes;
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and rapid change;
  • Experience in leading technical teams;
  • Fluency in English.

You will create the long-term market and customer insight, build a digital/innovation ecosystem internally and externally with partners and vendors.
