Job description

  • Provide customer support through various channels (phone, email, whatsapp, etc)
  • Advising clients on company services;
  • Processing and input of data;
  • Daily customer flow monitoring;
  • Customer loan deal management;
  • Communication on daily basis with Partners (banks, etc. financial institutions) on issues related to lending and customers;
  • Achieving company sales and quality goals.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Lithuanian, Russian (preferable);
  • Excellent communication and sales skills via telephone;
  • High sense of responsibility, accuracy;
  • Experience in loan sector;
  • Good computer skills at the user level;
  • Interest in finance, IT, sales (at least 1 out of 3)
  • Desirable prior experience in selling;
  • Have desire to help the client find the best solution.
