AS A HEAD OF HR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • working in close partnership with senior management to prepare and implement HR strategy for Lithuanian and foreign branches and recruitment plan in line with company goals and aspirations;
  • facilitating onboarding and off boarding of staff and formalizing starter and leaver procedures;
  • developing HR policy and procedures to drive performance of the company and providing first line advice on benefits for employees and managers;
  • participation in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization;
  • helping and supporting change management initiatives liaising with the Directors of the business.

PROFILE OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • at least 5 years of working experience as Head of HR;
  • fluency in English and Russian, both oral and written;
  • knowledge and experience of implementing the best HR practices to drive a high performance culture;
  • excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • experience in developing and supporting senior managers addressing HR issues.
