Job description:
- Implement IT procedures in the business units to meet business and stakeholders needs;
- Manage IT infrastructure workflow (inc. networks, databases, desktops etc.);
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy;
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems;
- Monitor systems and assess their outcomes;
- Software and aviation subscriptions integration within the company business units;
- Identify problematic areas and implement solutions in time;
- Lead and coordinate a group of IT specialists;
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness;
- Establish fluent communication between IT team and other business units.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as IT Manager / Team Leader or similar role (a minimum of 3 years);
- Expertise in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications;
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies;
- ITIL knowledge;
- Hands-on experience with computer systems (hardware/software), network administration etc.;
- Experience in managing IT budget;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Outstanding communication abilities;
- Fluent English;
- Higher education.
