HEAD OF LOGISTICS

THE ROLE:

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics department team;
  • Identify cost saving opportunities and create operational plans for implementation;
  • Maintain third party warehouses located in Europe, Americas and Asia;
  • Manage transport and sea shipment of the company;
  • Develop excise cargo movement schemes and monitor strict excise goods documentation for each cargo;
  • Manage complicated cargo preparation system;
  • Organize audits of stock levels in warehouses.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years experience in logistics field (FMCG experience an advantage);
  • Bachelor‘s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or related field;
  • In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry, distribution and logistics management;
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff;
  • Very good knowledge of English;
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects;
  • Readiness to make commercial recommendations based on insights.
