Head of Marketing Baltics (under a fixed-term contract)

● Plan and execute a marketing strategy in line with business objectives for 4 brands in the Baltics region, primarily Lithuania;
● Manage an annual Marketing budget for existing brand portfolio;
● Create and manage an annual calendar of Marketing events;
● Track predetermined KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels, as well as overall business performance;
● Manage marketing team and guide the day-to-day activities. At all times act as an enabler for direct reports;
● Proactively analyse data from marketing campaigns, the organization’s databases, and external data. Provide periodical reports and recommendations for improvement;
● Provide tools and materials to enable the regional Sales team to function effectively;
● Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Tech and other departments to launch new products and improve existing ones;
● Continually and proactively review changes to the market, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors, adjusting the Marketing plan if necessary;
● Manage the organization’s reach, social media presence, and search visibility.

● Preferably a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field;
● Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within the web hosting industry (minimum 2-3 years in senior position);
● Demonstrated experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns;
● Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate in an innovative way;
● Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics;
● Optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments;
● Familiar with setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines;
● Budget management;
● Must be highly flexible, structured, stress resilient and used to working in an ever changing environment;
● Fluent in English.
