This role will report to the Head of Global Operations and lead a large team across multiple locations across the global. You’ll be responsible for the leadership and oversight of our Regional Operations Centre in Vilnius, which consists of 2000+ employees, where you will partner with key regional Heads to develop and implement service delivery models to support the growth in this Operating Centre through better effectiveness & efficiency. You will work closely with the other operation site leaders to ensure global strategic alignment. As well as meeting your operational objectives you will be responsible for the financial management of the site. You will foster and integrate a culture of customer-centricity, service quality, and process improvement and drive talent strategy initiatives with HR and employee engagement programs. As the Site Leader, you will be the representative for the site on legal matters, links with the direct government and other key organizations.

For such a critical role, you will need to have extensive leadership experience, ideally from a within a financial services background. You must have experience in having performed these duties in a global business and be comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization. You’ll need to be an exceptional communicator at all levels and can demonstrate your expertise in stakeholder management. We need a critical thinker who has the ability to problem-solve with a high attention to detail. A proven track record in delivering results and driving employee engagement is a must. Previous experience of agile/lean working methodologies is also desirable.

Annually Base Salary: 100,000 – 120,000 Euros. The total compensation will include an annual cash bonus of 30% and long term equity which is 50% of the base salary.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
