Job description

We are now looking for ambitious and passionate new team member to join our Admin Team.

Areas of responsibilities:

  • People training and professional development
  • HR Policy and internal rules
  • Employee motivation, rewards, benefits and retention
  • Engagement and employee initiatives
  • Coaching and team building
  • Culture
  • Internal communication
  • Assist Deputy CEO with Change Management activities

We invite you to:

  • Design strategy in consultation with the Senior Management, create guidelines and internal rules for the topics identified above, in the way that it is suitable to scale up and grow the organization;
  • Help senior management in growing leaders within the teams, advice and give guidelines to C-level and Directors on team management practices;
  • Look for and identify People management related technology solutions;
  • Think of and implement the most efficient ways of HR resource management;
  • Communicate changes to the team;
  • Be a strategic thinker with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex ideas and unique concepts.


We expect you to:

  • Love people;
  • Proven experience in HR or People & Culture (tech, financial or other regulated industries experience preffered);
  • Be up-front, gracious and courageous in addressing the unconvenient topics, solving arguments etc.;
  • Ideally – fully acquainted with financial sector requirements for training, HR practices and other legal requirements;
  • Be a leader and have a remarkable energy to drive change;
  • Be able to work in full confidentiality, i.e. understand the sensitivity of information, be able to gain trust of people;
  • Have worked with international teams;
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of initiative, planning and organizational skills; have great project management skills, result orientation and KPI tracking is in your blood;
  • Have a mastered skill to balance human requirements with the commercial goals of the business;
  • Hands-on, systematic and consistent personality; ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Experience in growing organizations, track record of successful strategic initiatives/projects.
