Job description

Internationally operating Sales and services company is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will be responsible for HR Business support for the part of organization. The person will act as a key HR consultant to 300 employees and their managers, applying relevant HR best practices. Office location – Vilnius.

  • Succesfully implement HR processes and initiatives at the business unit level, such as workforce planning, onboarding, talent management, competencies development, benefits, etc.
  • Act as an HR expert/consultant on various HR initiatives for internal clients.
  • Support managers to prepare for and complete performance reviews.
  • Identify future needs of competencies and ensure necessary actions to fill the gaps.
  • Represent business unit with HR internally and vice versa communicate HR decisions at the business unit level.
  • Support or lead special projects if necessary.
  • Cooperate with HR team within the company and the companies‘group to align and share HR strategy and best practices.


  • At least 4 years’ succesfull record as HR Manager or HR Business partner
  • Experience in a big scale organization would be a great preference
  • Client oriented person with strategic thinking
  • Eager to implement his/her ideas, based on future HR trends
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (in Human Resources, Organizational Management, or Psychology would be a preference),
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Lithuanian
