On a daily basis, we use Lever Hire, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hibob and also rely on JIRA and Google Suite.
If you want to:
- Partner with and advise managers on all aspects of HR field;
- Support employees through all the different stages from onboarding events to off-boarding processes as well as proactively identify & analyze issues and trends within the company;
- Be responsible for all product-related positions (from marketing to IT) and overall team growth;
- Help design and implement other engagement and retention initiatives to increase organisational, team and individual performance;
- Optimize day to day HR operations and other HR procedures.

- Previous work experience as an HR business partner or a similar role (especially in fast-growing technology companies);
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities;
- Logical and analytical thinking and project management skills;
- You are a problem solver and self-organized person;
- Friendly personality with a can-do attitude;
- Empathetic skills — the ability to deal with different concerns and listen to people;
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
