What you will be doing

You will be a HR Delivery Specialist within SEB Workforce Administration unit which is responsible for employee's life cycle administration tasks. As HR Delivery Specialist you will be working with a broad range of administrative, operational, and transactional day to day cases delivery. Also, your role will include process development and improvements, maintenance of systems, coordination, planning, and follow-up activities. You will work in the environment which encourages proactivity, independency, and self-reliance without not forgetting collaboration with other specialists in Vilnius.

As a HR Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible to

  • Provide input and support team within different projects & initiatives
  • Performing activities in accordance with set guidelines
  • Internal and external reporting and statistics
  • Daily cases follow up in case management system
  • Contribution to operational process improvement activities
  • Testing of new tools and collaboration with IT
  • Responsible to execute regular and daily HR operations within specific area
  • Daily cases follow up in case management system.
  • Perform activities in accordance with work instructions, prepare, review and update WI as when necessary.
  • Have attention to detail and constantly observe work done to minimize errors.
  • Consistently provide accurate output and ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Suggest and contribute to operational process improvement activities
  • Escalate unresolved requests and issues to team manager.
  • Work in collaboration with other team members within and across HR organization in handling all user requests in a professional manner.
  • Maintain good relations with internal & external stakeholders
  • Knowledge sharing within a team.

  • Previous experience working with HR administration and planning systems (e.g. HRO, JIRA)
  • High interest in new ways of working

  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1300 - 1700 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
