Would you like to work in a global HR organization? Now we are looking for an HR Delivery Specialist to join our HR Department at SEB Global Services in Vilnius, engaged in workforce administration and compensation management.

About the position

You will join the unit which works with global SEB employees and supports our staff with compensation management related questions performing HR administrative tasks. You would work in an environment that encourages proactivity and autonomy.

Your responsibilities will include a variety of administrative HR tasks, focusing mainly on payroll and bookkeeping, internal and external reporting, statistics, applications to authorities and other employment related matters, such as updating personnel information to different HR systems.

In addition, information search and problem solving will be a part of your daily work since you will be also advising SEB Group employees regarding employment and other HR related questions.

This position gives you an opportunity to collaborate with colleagues based in other SEB Group sites and you will learn more about their payroll and regulations processes.

Your profile

To succeed in your role with us, you should be accurate and attentive to details. We expect that you have experience in accounting, are self-driven and easy to communicate with. English is your working language. You are great in MS Excel and willing to learn new things. You see yourself as a team player and you are a positive and open-minded personality. Your international experience would be highly valued.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1300 EUR - 1800 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
