A fixed-term contract position has arisen as a Senior HR Leader for our rapidly expanding Lithuanian business. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter who has strong HR leadership and management experience in fast-moving, operationally driven environments. This position offers excellent growth potential as well as possibility for permanent placement, subject to future internal career opportunities within our company. The primary responsibility of this position will be to act as the HR leaded for Lithuania. The successful candidate will use their expertise in change leadership and talent development, through a collaborative and consultative approach, to define and execute plans that address strategic people strategies in enabling our fast-growing organization. The successful candidate will also serve as a key leadership team member, contributing to the overall strategic people impact.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a Country HR Leader to the site team members and acts as the ambassador for Corporate HR initiatives. Works to develop the HR strategy that meets short-term priorities whilst focusing on long term business objectives.
  • Guides business leadership with the development of robust talent management plans and drives culture change initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage top talent in critical roles.
  • Proactively manage the employee relations activity and develop an employee relations strategy across the site ensuring a high-performance culture.
  • Foster and maintain excellent working relationships to ensure complete alignment and navigates safely through the legal and compliance environment, possessing a strong understanding of employment law with an objective to carefully manage risk and to deliver the strategic business and HR objectives.
  • Acts as a member of the Business Leadership Team and represent site interests
  • Evolve policy, procedure and strategy that take into account the changing dynamics of the site whilst minimising risk. As the site develops, drive an approach to integration and harmonisation that is relevant for the long-term success of the organisation.
  • Gain commitment and engagement from key stakeholders to ensure understanding and implementation of actions that enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives.

Reikalavimai darbuotojui

  • At least Bachelor's degree in HR Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Management or other business-related field, Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Must have 15+ years of experience in various aspects of human resources (talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, employee relations and organizational development), including senior management experience
  • Previous and proven track record in country leadership and / or business partner HR leader roles
  • Demonstrable strong experience within a complex business environment as well as experience in fast growth transformational work
  • Evidence of leading teams and working within a matrix managed environment with proven ability to influence and drive change
  • Expertise in Lithuanian Labor Law
  • Business partner methodology and experience in an operational business environment; demonstrable customer-focused approach
  • Proven experience in leading implementation of programs and processes that yield positive results
  • Strong exposure to process improvement efforts, i.e.: PPI (practical process improvement), Kaizen, six sigma, etc.
  • Commercial and manufacturing business knowledge and orientation
  • Senior level leadership skills, adjusting leadership style to different audiences
  • Lithuanian and English fluency
