Together with more than 30 incredible team members we are creating ERP/CRM systems based on the solid and reliable Salesforce platform for our clients to maximize business process automation, team efficiency and productivity, by focusing their energy and efforts on the domain of their primary expertise. We are looking forward to expanding in the coming year hence we are searching for an HR Manager who will be one of the key drivers towards a successful company expansion. You will have an opportunity to partner with our main stakeholders and provide a broad scale of Human Resource support.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Manage and lead the organization’s hiring process from junior to managerial level, which includes headhunting, coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, selecting and interviewing candidates, advising and supporting hiring managers, reference/background checks, pre-employment tests, preparing job offers, and documentation for staff hiring;
● Follow up on hiring decisions and keep people informed about the outcomes/decisions, and ensure maintenance of recruitment/hiring files and flow log;
● Assist the employees with any queries and documentation;
● Initiate employee engagement and other surveys, analyzing results and determining best improvements processes;
● Prepare, administrate and manage personnel documents;
● Plan and manage personnel budget;
● Organize various initiatives, projects and events that support employee engagement and fosters good atmosphere in the company;
● Continuously identify points for improvement and implement changes related to recruitment and HR management processes;
● Continuously monitor and analyze the situation in the market while making proposals related to employee compensation and benefits program;
● Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and programs, employer’s image formation, internal communication and other projects related to people and company’s culture, both in Lithuania and in the Baltic countries.

We expect You to have:

● 2+ yrs of experience in relevant HR area with progressively growing responsibilities;
● University degree in human resources, business management or any other relevant area;
● Practical skills negotiating and managing HR related agreements, collecting and managing all HR related documents;
● Ability to apply document management and accounting rules according to Lithuanian Labor Law;
● Experience working with senior stakeholders, advising and supporting managers on various HR matters;
● Positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment;
● Good internal communication skills while being proactive and applying data-minded approach;
● Ability to work with highly confidential information;
● Ability to take initiative, and make fair and consistent decisions that align with our strategy and values;
● Ability to multi-task and be a flexible team player, who can easily adapt to change;
● Leadership, strong analytical skills, ability to identify and analyze problems or improvement areas, foresee potential pitfalls and implement mitigation plans;
● Professional working proficiency in both Lithuanian and English.

● Experience working in IT related sectors;
● Fluency in multiple languages.
