Job Description

  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities
  • Interact with managers and carry out their requests
  • Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
  • Organizing events for team
  • Translating documents
  • Communicating with the recruitment agencies and candidates
  • Scheduling interviews, screening candidates and writing job instructions
  • Participating in building HR processes from scratch

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role (at least 2 years)
  • Work experience in IT company would be an advantage
  • Fluent communication in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal)
  • Good communication in Russian (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work without supervision
