Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee all office activities
- Interact with managers and carry out their requests
- Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
- Organizing events for team
- Translating documents
- Communicating with the recruitment agencies and candidates
- Scheduling interviews, screening candidates and writing job instructions
- Participating in building HR processes from scratch
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role (at least 2 years)
- Work experience in IT company would be an advantage
- Fluent communication in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal)
- Good communication in Russian (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work without supervision
