As a HR Partner you will
- ensure that HR everyday operations run smoothly (HR administration, recruitment, onboarding and etc.)
- be an active listener and handler of various employee relations issues
- conduct internal employee surveys
- implement Employer branding & social media initiatives
- maintain partnerships with Universities and Student Associations
- contribute to L&D projects that help our people grow
- take an active part in implementing other HR missions (career development, Com&Ben, performance management and etc.)
We expect that you have
- 2+ years of HR role experience within the organisation
- educational background in Organizational Psychology or similar field
- proven track record of successful Talent Acquisition and Onboarding experience
- proven experience in implementation of Employer branding initiatives
- good knowledge of employment law, HR administration and employee relations
- excellent organizational skills, can prioritise workload effectively
- strong oral and written communication skills (Lithuanian & English)
- excellent interpersonal skills & sincere interest in working with people
- positive and solution oriented mindset
- consulting experience
- experience in development & conduction of training
