Main job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Performance Management process;
  • Dealing with Baltic projects such as Leadership, Well-being, Engagement survey, Diversity and others;
  • Employer branding strategy and implementation;
  • Development and implementation of personnel management processes (adaptation of employees, assessment of competencies, development, involvement, etc.);
  • Involvement in Baltic personnel projects, opportunity to coordinate and initiate;
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members.


  • University degree;
  • Excellent communication skills, receptibility to innovation and orientation to result;
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the Human Resources field;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments concurrently while maintaining high levels of quality and effectiveness;
  • English language skills (C1).
