HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Klaipėda - UAB "Casino Logistics"

Main duties and responsibilities:

o preparing and amending documents
o maintaining applicants database
o sorting and maintaining correspondence
o job interview organization
o work with the applicants: providing with information and instructions
o work with the partners: business communication and follow up
o problem solving, handling emergency situations

Requirements

o Excellent knowledge of English language (both written and spoken)
o Knowledge of Russian languages is required
o Knowledge of Lithuanian language is required
o Very good business correspondence skills (in English)
o Computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Windows Live Mail)
o Flexibility, good time management skills
o Responsibility, thoroughness, accuracy, attention to details
o Commitment and liability to the company interests
o Ability to handle stressful situations, positive attitude
