AS THE HR MANAGER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • the implementation and development of HR processes and strategies,
  • maintaining benefits program, scheduling and conducting job evaluations,
  • organizing and controlling the activities of recruiting, testing and selecting employees,
  • conducting orientation and training programs,
  • creating and nurturing positive working environment, values and culture,
  • planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.

PROFILE OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in a field of HR management as a plus),
  • minimum 5 years of significant practical experience as a HR manager,
  • ability to architect HR strategies, systems and training tools along with leadership skills,
  • strong critical thinking and analytical skills, competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company,
  • great English skills (both oral and written).
