We invite you to join our team! We are looking for a receptionist at a dental clinic
We are a modern, friendly and patient-trusted dental clinic, staffed by a professional and modern-minded team. We are currently looking for a new team member – an administrator, who would contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic and greet each patient in a good mood.
Responsibilities:
- Registration of patients live, by phone and via electronic channels;
- Scheduling, coordinating visits, sending reminders;
- Administration of invoices, payments and documents;
- Collaboration with doctors, assistance in coordinating the treatment process;
- Pleasant and professional communication with patients;
Expectations for the candidate:
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work with a computer and quickly learn new programs;
- Courtesy, attention to detail, responsible approach to work;
- Experience in medical reception - an advantage, but not necessary;
- Lithuanian - excellent, Russian and / or English - an advantage.

Salary during the probationary period: 1200 EUR after taxes.
