ABOUT THE JOB:

Littelfuse North America sales team is growing and is looking for an Inside Sales Representatives in Lithuania. Reporting to the Inside Sales Team Lead, you as an Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with sales representatives and regional sales managers while providing day-to-day support for the North America sales team, manufacturing representatives, and customers. The person in this position should be able to research the market for competitive pricing information; analyzes research to make pricing recommendations for the sales team as well as collaborate with global cross-functions teams to attain mutual goals for shared customers.

  • Work with sales team and product management teams to obtain authorized pricing based on customer strategy
  • Collect and analyze data to provide competitive pricing and obtain maximum gross profit
  • Drive sales results by analyzing market data and providing customers competitive pricing
  • Run data reports supporting the sales team
  • Liaison effectively with various internal partners to resolve customer issues and requests

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1 year of sales, pricing, customer service experience
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in the English language
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and an ability to analyze data
  • Customer-focused with an ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Working hours: 13:30 - 22:00 Lithuanian time (Monday-Friday)
