Nature of work
- Register, prioritize and track IT requests and incidents in internal IT systems;
- Provide fast, professional and efficient customer service;
- Analyze, resolve or escalate incidents based on their complexity;
- Resolve problems related to workplace IT equipment: computers, monitors, printers, mobile devices, peripherals and other equipment;
- Perform workstation preparation, installation, configuration and profile update;
- Monitor equipment operation and perform scheduled technical work.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (non-university or equivalent) in IT or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of information technology;
- Experience working with workplace administration, IT incident resolution, software installation;
- Ability to communicate clearly with users and the team;
- Driver's license (category B).
