IT Engineer

Vilnius - CUJO Baltic UAB


IT Engineers at CUJO AI manage organizations’ computer systems, including software, hardware and networks both clouds based and local. They may be responsible for designing, installing, and supporting the entire system or may specialize in one area of the computer system, such as security infrastructure or telecommunications.

In the team, day-to-day responsibilities will include:

●Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
●Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
●Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
●Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
●Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
●Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues;
●Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
●Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
●Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers;
●Test and evaluate new technology;
●Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment;
●Documenting system configurations; updates they make to a system and any new procedures or policies created in their work;
●If needed act as a project manager overseeing IT staff and coordinating with vendors and internal users when implementing a new system. May be required to set up meetings, present information and order supplies and equipment when working on a project;
●Engineers will create an IT or computer system specific to CUJO needs. This often entails some programming and scripting knowledge, as well as planning, configuring, testing and monitoring new systems.


We are looking for an IT Engineer with excellent time management skills and analytical thinking, who will have hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.

We expect the candidate to have these skills and competencies:

●Knowing security protocols, networking infrastructures and database systems
●Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
●Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
●Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g. Jira)
●Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
●Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
●Managing multiple projects simultaneously
●Communicating complex information to a non-technological audience
●Troubleshooting technology problems
