Nature of work

  • Register and resolve customer IT requests in the ServiceDesk system
  • Consult users on computer, software and network issues
  • Perform workstation equipment maintenance: diagnostics, installation, configuration
  • Monitor application and OS updates using automated RMM tools
  • Collaborate with colleagues in resolving more complex incidents

Employee requirements

  • Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Windows
  • Experience in resolving IT workplace incidents
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian and English
  • Responsibility, initiative and desire to improve in the IT field
  • Driver's license

An additional advantage will be considered:
  • Experience with ServiceDesk or RMM (e.g. Intune, RMM, SCCM, M365 Admin)
  • Basics of Microsoft 365 administration
  • Knowledge of MacOS workplaces
  • IT certificates (Microsoft, etc.)
  • Experience in an IT services company

Salary

1700-2500 €/mon. gross
A fixed salary is indicated, which depends on the competence and experience.
