Be the first HR / Recruitment specialist in a small (<10) team of engineers and help shape the HR function in a growing company.
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting process.
- Source and recruit candidates.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Brainstorm and invent new ways of attracting talent.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR field or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (experience in Recruitment agency would be an advantage).
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.).
- Excellence in English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
