Telia is searching for an IT Service Manager in the department that develops and maintains sales solutions for our Stores, Partners and Customer Care. I´m Bjørn Melling, managing a positive and adapt group of employees and consultants across Norway, Finland, Lithuania, Estonia, and Czech. We are on a very exiting journey building modern and effective sales tools with focus on the end user experience and simplicity of use. Our tools are central in Telia – they must always work.

Your next opportunity?

As IT Service Manager you will be responsible for all proactive measures to avoid incidents that might cause problems for our customers, secure production stability or protection of customer data for our tools used by our Shops and Customer Care in Finland.

These activities are of fundamental importance for Telia. We call this domain Priority Controls and keywords for these controls are security, continuity, risk and privacy. The controls are designed by our compliance department with the purpose to secure that Telia will continue to be a reliable network/service provider. Your work will be based on best practices we already possess in Telia at group level and is categorized in What needs to be controlled and how to perform the controls. You will join the ways of working with Priority Controls community to share your learnings and learn from others. In Telia we always strive to be better at what we do, and we do it together.

As an IT Service Manager – you will be responsible for

  • Making sure that the systems we develop is compliant with our Priority Control requirements.
  • Making sure that controls are done within their deadlines.
  • Identify controls that is non-compliant and create the plan for how to improve.
  • Take an active part in sharing competence and experiences for others to learn from You.
  • Give guidance to the developing team on how controls can be automated which is our long term goal.
  • You will be responsible for our suite of tools used in Finland.

Your experience

  • Experience with IT in large and complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work between teams and stakeholders.
  • Adapt and motivated to learn new tools.

Your personality:

  • Easy to communicate with and enjoy sharing your experiences and knowledge.
  • Enjoy working with compliance and is not afraid of procedures.
  • You are structured and methodical in your approach to new tasks.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge about ISO Compliance or other technical compliance terms

We offer a monthly base salary from EUR 2229 - 3343 gross depending on your experience. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
