IT Solutions Project Manager | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for an IT Solutions Project Manager to complement and strengthen our growing team, located in Vilnius, Gaujos g. 4.

Teltonika's electronics manufacturing units develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

In this position, you will:

• You will collaborate with business owners in making decisions regarding the improvement, development, and development strategy of systems and processes.
• You will analyze and evaluate existing IT systems, processes, and workflows to identify improvement needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• You will coordinate the implementation of existing and newly developed information systems projects in the company.
• You will be responsible for preparing technical tasks, preparing functional / technical specifications, preparing test scenarios and participating in the testing process.
• You will prepare training materials for system users and consult users.

What we expect from you:

• Higher education in information technology, engineering or a similar field.
• At least 1 year of successful experience in similar work.
• UML and BPMN knowledge.
• Computer literacy (MS Office); strong Excel knowledge.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (would be an advantage).
• Analyst qualification certificates (would be an advantage).
• English language skills at least at B2 level.

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from 22 Eur/hour to 25 Eur/hour (~3696 Eur – 4200 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

• The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly wage excluding taxes.
